Returns & Exchanges

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, Brave Pudding offers returns and free exchanges on all full price merchandise for U.S. customers within 15 days of the order delivery date. 

Returned merchandise must have the original tags attached and be accompanied with all original packaging. Merchandise must not show any signs of wear in order to be accepted, otherwise we will not be able to approve your return and your merchandise will be sent back.

To request a return, email hello@bravepudding.com within 15 days of receiving your items. In the subject line, include return or exchange request with your order number. Include the reason for your return or requested size exchange or store credit in the body of the email. Allow 24-48 business hours for our team to get back to you with next steps. Returns are subject to a $15 shipping and processing fee. Exchanges and store credit are free. 

All returns/exchanges are shipped back to our warehouse via USPS Ground to our warehouse. Please allow 1-2 weeks for your merchandise to arrive at our warehouse. Delivery dates may vary depending on where you are shipping from. Once your item is delivered, please allow 2-3 business days to inspect and process the return or exchange. 

For exchanges, once your return is processed, we will issue a store credit to your email in the form of a code for the full amount. Site credit codes cannot be redeemed for cash and do not expire. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.

For refunds, once your return is processed, you will receive an email notification confirming your refund.  Please allow 3-5 business days from approval for your financial institution to process your return to the original form of payment less a $15 return fee for shipping and processing. 

In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 72 hours of receiving a damaged product for assistance with a replacement.

Brave Pudding reserves the right to refuse a return on any item received in unsatisfactory condition.
