Exchange Policy

If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer store credit or an exchange for unworn items returned within 15 days of receiving your order. Please ensure returned merchandise includes all original packaging and shows no signs of wear. All international sales are final and not eligible for return or exchange.

To initiate a return, email us at hello@bravepudding.com within 15 days, including “Exchange Request” and your order number in the subject line. Our team will respond with next steps within 72 business hours.

Upon receiving your item in the required condition, we’ll issue store credit in the form of a code for the item's value. Processing may take up to 3-5 days. Please note: store credit codes are non-refundable, cannot be redeemed for cash, and expire one year from activation. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Brave Pudding reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Damaged Goods

While we inspect all items before shipment, please notify us within 72 hours of delivery in the unlikely event that you have received a damaged item. Please send an email with photos and your order number to hello@bravepudding.com and we will send a replacement.
