EXCHANGES
If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer store credit or an exchange for unworn items returned within 14 days of receiving your order. Please ensure returned merchandise includes all original packaging and shows no signs of wear.
All international customers are responsible for all shipping, taxes, duties, customs fees for return shipping costs. These fees will not be applied towards your credit or exchange. Customers must provide tracking information for their exchange to hello@bravepudding.com.
To initiate an exchange, email us at hello@bravepudding.com within 14 days, including “Exchange Request” and your order number in the subject line. Our team will respond with next steps within 72 business hours.
Upon receiving your item in the required condition, we’ll issue store credit in the form of a code for the item's value. Processing may take up to 3-5 days. Please note: store credit codes are non-refundable, cannot be redeemed for cash. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Brave Pudding reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
DOMESTIC RETURNS
You can return your order within 14 days after receiving your package. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it – unworn and unwashed with tags.
Original shipping cost is not refundable, and we charge a $20 return shipping & restocking fee (except Alaska and Hawaii). This amount will be deducted from your refund.
Final Sale items and Gift Cards cannot be returned.

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted. If you have any questions, please contact our support team.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
You can return your order within 7 days after receiving your package. To be eligible, your item must be in its original condition – unworn, unwashed, with tags, and in the original shipping package.
International customers are responsible for all taxes, duties, customs fees, and both original and return shipping costs. These fees will not be refunded and will be deducted from your refund.
Final Sale items and Gift Cards cannot be returned.

REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund is approved. If approved, you will have a choice of store credit or a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact our customer care team.
DAMAGES AND ISSUES
While we inspect all items before shipment, please notify us within 72 hours of delivery in the unlikely event that you have received a damaged item. Please send an email with photos and your order number to hello@bravepudding.com and we will send a replacement.
Please note there are natural irregularities that occur in each brave pudding creation; these are not considered damages.
