MY ORDER IS NOT GOING THROUGH! WHAT'S GOING ON?

If you’re still receiving an error message after reviewing your credit card information, billing and shipping address, make sure you’re using the latest version of your web browser. If the issue persists, please contact your credit card company to ensure there are no holds placed on your card.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

Most orders ship within 2-3 business days of purchase unless a specific ship date is indicated on the product. Delivery times are provided solely as guidelines and are subject to change at any time. Orders placed during a launch will ship within 5 business days.

OOPS! I NEED TO CHANGE SOMETHING ON MY ORDER.

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us ASAP at hello@bravepudding.com. Include your order number and “Change to Order” in the subject line.

I JUST PLACED AN ORDER ON BRAVEPUDDING.COM. CAN I ADD SOMETHING ELSE?
  • We cannot add items to an existing order. Please place a new order for the item and contact us ASAP at hello@bravepudding.com. We’ll be happy to consolidate shipping items together. 
WHERE IS MY ORDER CONFIRMATION?

If you haven't received an order confirmation email within 1 hour of placing your order  please check your junk or spam folder and add hello@bravepudding.com to your safe sender list.

If you are still unable to find your order confirmation email please contact our Customer Care team at hello@bravepudding.com and an Ambassador will be able to assist you.

WHAT IS PREORDER AND HOW CAN I PLACE ONE?

We are excited to allow our online customers to purchase our newest collections early by placing a preorder on bravepudding.com. A preorder can be placed if the item(s) shown are not immediately available for shipment.

Items offered for preorder will be clearly marked as such, and will display an estimated shipping date for your reference on their product pages. Please note that these dates are not guaranteed and the actual shipping date may vary for any given preorder item.

When placing a preorder, the item(s) purchased are reserved for you and will be shipped as soon as they become available. You will be charged for the total amount of all preorder items purchased at the time the order is placed.

WHERE IS MY ORDER?

If you have an account you can check your order's shipping status by going to My Account.

At the time of checkout you will receive an Order Confirmation email. You will receive another email once your order has shipped containing tracking information which you can use to follow your shipment's progress.

Once your order has been dispatched you can follow its progress by clicking the tracking link in the Shipping Confirmation email.

WHY HASN'T MY ORDER SHIPPED YET?

We begin processing orders within 24 hours of placement on all operating business days. Our warehouses ship Monday through Friday - orders placed after 12:00 pm local time on Friday will be processed and shipped the following business day. Please note that local time refers to the time zone of our warehouse locations, not the location of the customer.

Our warehouses are closed for certain U.S. holidays, and orders placed on these dates will be processed and shipped the following business day.

MY SHOES ARRIVED DAMAGED, WHAT DO I DO?

If your item arrives damaged please email hello@bravepudding.com within 72 hours of delivery with photos and your order #.

HOW DO I RETURN OR EXCHANGE MY ORDER?

Items purchased from bravepudding.com can be returned within 15 days of the delivery date for U.S. customers.

To initiate a return or exchange for an order placed on bravepudding.com please review the instructions on our Returns &  Exchanges page.

All approved refunds will be sent to the original payment method.
