General Care Guidelines:

A simple pass with a lint roller is all that's needed to keep your shoes in good condition.

What is the best way to clean my shoes?

We do not recommend washing your shoes on a regular basis, nor is it required.

However, for targeted cleaning, gently spot clean by hand with a cashmere washing liquid or mild detergent.

What should I use to clean my shoes?

A quick pass with a lint roller should be sufficient. 

Should you need to spot clean, use a specialist cashmere washing liquid or a non-biological detergent with cool water (under 40 degrees).  
What should I do if I stain my shoes?

Gently blot the stain with a clean, damp cloth; avoiding rubbing, which can spread the stain further. Use a mild detergent if needed. Let it air dry. If the stain persists, consult a professional cleaner.
What should I do if my shoes get wet?

If your shoes happen to get wet or you get caught in the rian, no worries! Do not ring out, gently blot with a cloth to remove any excess water. Let air dry naturally. Lay flat, away from direct heat or sunlight. Do not hang to dry. Do not put in the dryer. 
What are tips for maintaining my shoes?

Particularly for darker colors, we recommend occasionally using a lint roller to refresh your shoes.
How should I store my shoes?

For best care, keep in a cool, dry place, out of direct sunlight.

When traveling, use the provided dust bag to pack your shoes.
