The name Brave Pudding traces back to the Founder’s years spent in East Hampton, NY, and the unique name of one of its streets, Pudding Hill Lane. Inspired by the story of a bold act of defiance during the Revolutionary War. Legend has it that, in 1776, a local woman defied British soldiers by throwing her pudding down the hill rather than yielding to their demands. Brave Pudding celebrates this spirit of quiet rebellion and the bravery to live boldly, on one’s own terms.
